We’re so excited to share two beautiful new wedding venues that both celebrated their grand openings this year with red ribbon cuttings, marking the start of something new and unforgettable. We, Taras and Alla Yasniy, were honored to be invited as photographers for both grand openings and to be chosen as vendor photographers for each venue.
🌿 Sandy River Gardens (Troutdale, OR)
Just outside Portland, Sandy River Gardens is a fresh, modern venue surrounded by peaceful landscaped gardens. Inside, it stuns with bright white interiors, elegant white marble floors, and big windows that fill the space with natural light — perfect for timeless, clean photos.
What makes it special: it feels equally gorgeous indoors and outdoors, combining a classic elegant vibe with lush garden backdrops that look incredible in every photo.
Top vendors we recommend here:
• @alterationboutiquepdx — Alteration Boutique
• @yk_beauty_co — Hair & Makeup

• @sandyrivergardens — Sandy River Gardens
• @pnwbridal — PNW Bridal dresses
🏔 Paradise Village Venue (Ashford, WA)
Near Mount Rainier, this venue is something completely unique: a modern glass-walled space that opens up to breathtaking forest and mountain views. It also has a European restaurant, cozy cabin accommodations, and those perfect PNW vibes that turn a wedding weekend into a real getaway.
What makes it special: the combination of dramatic scenery, natural light pouring through glass walls, and on-site dining that makes the whole experience feel elevated yet welcoming.
Top vendors we recommend here:
• @paradisevillage_weddingvenue — Paradise Village Wedding Venue
• @adoredecorerentals — Event decor & rentals
• @timstaro — Live sax player
• @alyonasbridal — Wedding dresses
• @floren.flowers — Floren Flowers Seattle/Bellevue
Both venues opened their doors this year and we were thrilled to be part of their very first season. Sandy River Gardens feels clean, modern, and classic, while Paradise Village is all about big mountain views and a modern glass aesthetic.
